For over 3 generations, The Sipio family has been building and customizing high quality homes, offices and buildings. More importantly, they have been making dreams come true for hundreds of families and clients in the states of PA, NJ, DE, MD and now SC.  Mike Sipio Sr. was born in Delaware County, PA where he quickly learned his way around construction sites working with his grandfather.  He taught Mike the value of a hard days work and how to make an honest living in the construction business.  Mike's grandfather also specialized in customized tile and marble installation.  He learned how to build new construction homes, as well as, trim carpentry through mirroring his uncle.  Mike's father Ray specialized in new construction custom track homes and together with his son, have completed thousands of new custom homes, custom additions, interior and exterior housing work as well as laying ceramic tile.

In 2007 Mike and his wife Karen, daughters Samantha and Nicole, and son Mike Jr. (all pictured right) decided to head south, to a much warmer climate, eventually settling in Murrells Inlet, SC.  Mike and his family fell in love with the beach and the weather.  More importantly, Mike found a work environment perfectly suitable for his 365 day work calendar, as well as, all of the great amenities the Grand Strand has to offer!  His daughter Samantha owns and operates the best full service cleaning company in town, Southern Cinderellas.

Today, Sipio and Son Contractors, LLC has evolved into one of the most trusted and respected full-service General Contractors in the area.
With thousands of construction projects completed, Sipio and Son continues to prosper and word of mouth continues to shadow over the competition.
